OUR GARDEN PATH
We believe that connections to nature can take many forms. Maybe you want a native habitat that supports the forbidden cats of the neighborhood, or a food forest to supplement yourself and your community. You might be tempted to start a witch's garden of herbs and incense. We believe a person's garden is an extension of their imagination, a tailored fantasy they can escape to, and a place to stick their hands in the dirt.
Otherworld establishes gardens that are both sustainable and transportive; practical and meaningful. By blending native, drought-tolerant, and edible plants with an emphasis on your personal mythology, we build environments that are both climate appropriate and appropriately magical.
Whether you have a tenth floor balcony, a suburban yard, or a 3 acre manor, we will help you care for your slice of earth and have fun doing it. Learn to speak the secret language of your habitat so it can thrive. Everyone deserves their oasis, their escape: their Otherworld.

MARISSA AND ZANDER
We live in Cypress Park, Los Angeles with our two cats and a beautiful yard: our first garden project! This journey began by combining our skills from past lives including props and set decoration for the film and TV industry, editorial photography, and studies in California landscapes and Los Angeles esoterica. And we're just getting started.

at the Cloud Temple Tea House
We built our garden for the community, and that includes you! Around each pagan holiday, we throw an intimate garden get-together to drink tea, spill the tea, celebrate Nature, and most importantly, stop and smell the flowers.
With special guests and activities befitting the seasons, you will be encouraged to meet and mingle and get a taste of our garden design services.
