OUR GARDEN PHILOSOPHY
We believe that finding a connection to nature can begin with the smallest plot of land. Whether that’s a potted terrace garden, an urban yard, or a 3 acre manor, we all have the opportunity to care for a slice of earth.
We create gardens that are both sustainable and transportive. By blending native, drought-tolerant, and edible plants with an emphasis on your personal plant connections and associations, we build environments that are both climate appropriate and whimsical. There’s always a bit of magic in the air. At the heart of our garden design is the mystical connection between the land and your relationship to it. You don’t have to know what this looks like before we work together - we can help you find it. We can build your sanctuary, then teach you how to speak the secret language of your habitat so it can thrive.
ABOUT US
& OUR GARDENS
WELCOME TO OUR OTHERWORLD
MARISSA AND ZANDER
Welcome to our transportive landscapes! We live in Cypress Park, Los Angeles with our two cats and a beautiful yard: our first garden project! This journey began by combining our skills from past careers including Props and Set Decoration for the Film and TV industry, Editorial Photography, and studies in California Landscapes and Los Angeles Esoterica.
Join us as we spread wildflower seeds, Olde plant knowledge, and design that reflects your Personal Mythology. Everyone deserves their oasis, their escape: their Otherworld.

MONTHLY
GARDEN TEA PARTIES
at the Cloud Temple Tea House
We built our garden for the community, and that includes you! Monthly at each Pagan holiday, we throw an intimate garden get-together to drink tea, share the Tea, celebrate the Plant of the Month, and most importantly, stop and smell the flowers.
With special guests and activities befitting the seasons, you will be encouraged to meet and mingle and get a taste of our garden design services.
